For over a decade, I’ve led wine programs for some of the world’s top luxury hotels and restaurants — including serving as Wine Director for Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve. My work has taken me to renowned wine regions across Europe and North America, where I’ve had the opportunity to taste with, learn from, and create lasting connections with top winemakers and wineries.
